Not only had I forgotten they were coming my phone was on silent too! Um Ah

Any way they phoned and left a message to say they were 30 minutes away I was having breakfast and did not hear it Um ah again! They phoned 6 more times and were at the school at 10.20 when we arrived. Um ah embarrassment.

So they were very calm cool collected and said it was not a bother. Then I realised at the gates of the school that I had left my keys  in the car I had just left in for a service. Luckily Leanne and Claire and Terry were with me so Terry went off to get the keys.

I explained to Shane what I had done as in where the keys were eeekkk from me but not a bother from them. They were so laid back and comfortable that they said don’t worry we will set it up outside the pool and wheel it in. I apologised many times but they took it all in their stride and said they still had plenty of time to get to their next job.

When they were completely set up in the pool they called me in to see how it looked and worked and how much better it was than the old one.

They did say what to do with the old one the roller part could be sold, the wheels could be taken off and used on something else and the turning wheels and stand ditched as they were broken.

All in all excellent service and they still got away on time.

Phew in other words!

I just wanted to give your some positive feedback. Everyone is saying the process is now a lot easier as the cover is not catching on the sandstone due to the speed.
