In the unlikely circumstance that you do need to make a warranty claim, we’re here to help you.
– All Daisy quality products come with a pro-rata warranty which covers the purchaser for defective material or workmanship on a pro-rata basis as set out below
– We will repair or replace the product upon inspection or photo image

Without proper care ANY pool cover can have a reduced life span.

Our equipment is strong, however, care should be exercised when moving a roller station with recovered cover. Collisions, severely uneven ground and sudden impact places excessive strain on the end shafts and other components.

Inspect your cover and roller visually every month.

Inspect and clean your pool cover to avoid a build-up of residue, ensure smooth operation to avoid damage. If your cover is stored for long periods of time, flush the cover top and bottom with fresh water.

Wipe or wash rollers regularly to keep clean. Every month, check all bolts are tight and roller is operating correctly. make sure there are no unusual sounds when using or moving the pool roller.
